Room In West End

Rent is 345 a month, plus 17 for broadband and half the bills (right now they are around 40 pcm, of which 50% is Standing Charge).

The flat is on the first floor and the windows have double-glazing. Electric hob and oven, gas heating. Council Tax area D (around 100 GBP/month if you're not a student).

I'm a postdoc working at UoD, trying to find someone chill to split rent. Would prefer 25+ master/phd students, workers and such. I don't mind having people over but I'm too old for weekday parties and drunken shenanigan. Just shoot me a message if you have any question.

I've been in the flat for a couple of years, the agency usually replies quickly and sent a handyman whenever necessary.
They will require your details and you can get added to the tenant agreement if necessary. They might require references for that but i'm sure it can be sorted. Regarding pets, the agreement just mentions that we'd need to request express permission.
