I am moving flat to be closer to work and looking for someone to tenancy swap with me.

The flat is in an ideal location for getting into the city center and is on a quiet road. The flat includes a shared bathroom, kitchen/living area. The kitchen has a good cooker, plenty of cabinet, fridge and freezer space. Bathroom has a bath and shower. There is plenty of on street parking.

The room itself has a double bed, shelf, wardrobe, desk and desk chair and a bedside cabinet.

Current flat mates are friendly, one studying medicine, the other art and philosophy. This flat would be perfect for another student due to council tax. Bills are not included but are approximately £80 pounds a month in the winter months. The estate agents require a guarantor and reference.

I work during the day so please be patient for me to respond! Very happy to accommodate viewings after work/weekends.
