Double room in 3 bed flat available to rent!

Hey, I’m Sarah, myself and my flatmate Lauren are looking for a third flatmate. We are both 23 years old, currently students at Abertay in our 3rd and 4th year! We’re looking for someone who matches our lifestyles as we enjoy going out but also like to have chill nights in watching tv.

The flat is in the city centre, 10 mins from the train station, 5 mins from abertay, 2 mins from Dundee uni. It is a double room, with 2 shared bathrooms and a shared living/kitchen space. It also comes with a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven/hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. We already have a tv in the livingroom! Bills are not included in the rent price however, they estimate around £50 a month (WiFi and electricity).
