I have recently secured this stunning flat overlooking Baxter Park in Dundee. It is a two bedroom with a spacious living room, kitchen (with washing machine and dishwasher), bathroom and it has ample storage in both bedrooms and the hall entry.

The flat comes unfurnished, however I have furniture for all rooms except for the available bedroom.

Your room:
A double bedroom of equal size. It has two closet storage spaces and it overlooks the rear garden. You would just beed a bed and desk and the room is ready. I am happy to help with furniture collections with my van :)
If needed you can move furniture in sooner than the date available.

About you:
Students and professionals welcome (professionals would get a discount on council tax)
You are tidy and responsible to share house cleaning and upkeep.
You enjoy cooking together from time to time.
You are sociable and enjoy having friends over for casual game nights or dinner parties.

About me:
I have recently relocated to Dundee from Bristol to start a PhD in urban regeneration. I am originally from New York. In a previous life I was an Interior Designer (I am really looking forward to decorating this flat), and more recently I’ve worked as a Landscape Architect.
Most of my weekends I spend outdoors hiking, in the garden or making things. I am a busy creative and always tinkering with something or knitting while at the pub. I am currently renovating a van for micro camping trips and would gladly have you tag along. I have an allotment. In general I am really looking to build a community in Dundee and home is the best place to start!
