Double Bedroom in Furnished Top Floor Flat

A nice top floor flat located in Clepington Road area of Dundee, situated on a great bus route into town but only a 30/40 minute walk away from either University campus or the Train Station.

A modest double bedroom with a large amount of built in storage along with a desk and chest of drawers but I'm open to help with acquiring other furniture to meet individuals needs.

The communal living room is almost fully furnished I'm just trying to find a suitable TV stand. The room is very spacious and light due to the bay window and is perfect for small gatherings or cozy nights in.

I'm personally working in hospitality so if you chose to stay here I can have late finishes but I aim to keep the noise down as much as possible. But I aim to keep the flat stocked up with essentials at all times for convenience.

I'm open to anyone moving in as long as we click and have the same expectations of each other for keeping things clean and tidy.
