I’m looking for a tenant to take over my room in a city centre flat as I am relocating to a different city. I moved into the flat in March 2023 alongside my current flatmate who will be remaining in the flat. I’m placing this ad on behalf of Westport Property and the tenancy agreement will be with them.
The flat sits off of Victoria Road in a redeveloped mill and boasts beautiful views over the city centre. It has two double bedrooms, a bathroom (which this room has exclusive use over) and an open plan kitchen, living and dining space. It has central heating throughout and generally remains a good temperature inside.
The bills for the whole flat are as follows:
Electricity - around £100pcm
Council Tax - £151pcm
Broadband - paid for by flatmate
My current flatmate is looking ideally for a professional between the ages of 25 and 35 who is both sociable and happy to do their own thing. Due to the nature of their work those with a criminal record should not enquire.
The rent is paid on the £17th of each month, so the latest I would like to be on the tenancy would be the the 17th January. It may be possible to bring this forward to just after new year but this can be discussed.
