Spacious perth road flat

Looking for a flatmate to fill a room in our spacious 3 bed flat! Rent is £400 per month. Located above the george orwell on perth road within walking distance of the town centre. The bedroom is at the back of the flat and is double glazed, so is unaffected by any noise from the main road and the pub below (which is small and doesn't get too loud anyway!). Shared areas in the flat are large and spacious, the kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and various other appliances. The living room has a projector for movie nights :)

Council tax band C, students are welcome to apply, however council tax applies.
The flat has gas and electric, and bills are variable but usually we pay around £60 each a month, and council tax is also £60 each per month.

There is no parking associated with the flat, however we are opposite a car park which is free to use after 5pm and all weekend and is cheap otherwise, which is perfect for someone working 9-5. There is other street parking nearby.

The move in date is very flexible, the room is currently empty so this can be discussed with us and the landlord, I B Murray & Son.
