This is a private student-only let accommodation situated 5 minutes away from the University of Dundee and a 20 minutes walk to town.
The Peterson hall is a very modern and highly secure building.
Their rooms feature a ¾ double bed under bed storage, a double wardrobe, bookshelves and drawers you’ll have plenty of storage making that home from home feeling. You’ll also have access to a secure shared kitchen, toilet and bathroom facilities.
This also covers all utilities such as electricity, water, contents insurance and broadband.
The new rent contract is to be agreed with the Peterson Hall/ Mansion Students' team which I will direct you towards.
