Hey! Looking for a new flatmate to move into this wonderful flat at the beginning of February! It has stunning communal area views across the River Tay, a bathroom with bath and shower, a corridor store cupboard and great kitchen facilities.

You’ll be in a room overlooking the communal shared garden, and the flat is shared with a final year medical student and a doctor - they’re so friendly!

I’m moving out the flat, and so we’re looking for someone to replace me. If it weren’t due to a change in personal circumstances, I’d have happily continued to live here.
