Cheap and Friendly Flat for 4 in the centre

Hello :) we are 3 students looking for a fourth member, preferably 3/4th year student, of the ‘band’ for the next academic year (or longer, up for a discussion). The author of this ad (yours truly) is a dropout who’s about to move out by the end of February; 2 of us are 4th year students at Dundee uni (anatomy and illustration), and one - 3rd year at the Abertay uni (game design). We are goofy and chill: stressed out about uni, Mario cart enjoyers, film buffs and nerds (respectfully). We value hygiene and niceness, above all (silliness is not necessary, but highly appreciated). Having a picture of your face in your profile is preferred. The utility bills usually end up around 50 squids (WiFi included), so you will end up paying 400£/month all together (friendly advise from someone who’s been around: grab this offer, because it’s really cheap and the flat-search-craze is about to pick up in the next couple of months).
