New flatmate wanted in 2 bed flat. In city centre.

Hello. On offer is a shared tenancy in a 2 bed flat £500pppm in Dundee City Quay. Utilities are £63.50 pppm. Council tax band D. Flat has kitchen, separate living room, private parking, shared garden and a balcony. Spare room has a queen size bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage. There is also a spare desk if wanted.
The flat is a 10min walk to the Bus station and 15min to the train station.
I'm a recent graduate currently working in the public sector. I'm very tidy, a vegetarian and a fan of cinema and photography.
