One of us has just finished masters and one doing Bachelors. We are both active, clean and sociable. We are looking for someone similar.

On street parking is available, and very easy to find nearby.
Rent is for a student, with a council tax exemption. For a working person, rent will be £500 which is inclusive of council tax.
For a couple, the rent will be £650pcm.
