What I’m looking for:
Preferably long term, lgbt friendly(obviously), I enjoy socializing and also having my own space, preferably someone that I can be friends with because we do need to get along well if we are living together and last but not least, someone tidy!!!
Bills sum up to around 100-120.
Flat is not furnished as dining table and living room furniture belongs to the leaving flatmate.
