Spacious bedroom on Perth Road

Hiya, I’m graduating soon and moving out so looking for someone to replace me in my flat. It is a very spacious room with a sink and a lovely view of the river. The room gets lots of sun due to a large window and gets warmed up a lot from it ! The desk, chair, wardrobe, bed and mattress and shelves and drawers all come with the room. There are 2 other rooms in the flat. There is also a shared living room which we decorated and a bathroom and kitchen. The flat is close to the University of Dundee, and has a bus stop right outside for access to most routes. It is also a 10 minute walk from the city centre and train station.
