Following on from the graduation season, two of our rooms will become available in July.

The property itself benefits from plenty of natural light, views over the Tay, Victorian features, art, designer furniture, and high quality crookery, as well as 2 large bathrooms, a large living/dining area with separate kitchen and small “English Cottage Perennial” garden. I am a tenant, and a manager of the property, yet the private landlord is always a phone call away for queries and concerns if it can’t be dealt through me. The location has great walking accessibility to the university campus, shops and city center, as well as transport link, making it suitable for St Andrews students.
