3-storey Townhouse in Dundee

Located in Larch Street, Dundee. A 3-storey townhouse with 5 bedrooms. You will share a bathroom with one other person on the bottom floor. There is a communal space on the second floor with a large living room and kitchen space.
We are 4 students heading into 3rd year. 2 Fine Art, 1 Law and 1 Psychology student. We are a friendly bunch and live a quiet life together, watching films or playing games. This lovely house is only a 5-minute walk from Dundee University, a 15-minute walk from your shops too, plus a Co-op, 2 minutes round the corner. Bills and wi-fi are £39 per month.
