Description

Quiet flat, close to city centre. Near direct bus routes to Ninewells via centre. Above a corner shop. Close to Baxter park. On-street car parking. There is bike storage available.
The flat is my home. I am an old granny. Out and about quite a bit. I cycle alot. I spend quite a bit of time on activism for climate, Palestine support etc. I’d want any lodger to feel comfortable around that. I expect lodgers to use the rubbish recycling system in the flat. I appreciate lodgers who are thoughtful about their energy use. I grow fruit and veg in our communal backie, maintain the area, would love a lodger interested in getting involved with this. Even better with food growing experience.
I ask non students to contribute £30 to council tax as I lose a single person allowance when registering non students as resident.
I don’t own pets but occasionally have visiting dog or cat.
Might consider lodger sharing with a child.
