Flatmate wanted for a room in central Dundee

Great room with plenty of light, double bed, duvet and a desk plus chair. Council tax is 55 per month, and everyone is required to pay as there are sadly no exceptions. The flat has 1 shared bathroom, plus living room and a kitchen. This is a two floor flat and this room is on the second floor with the living room as well.

I’m a student and who will graduate in autumn and the other flatmate is a working professional. We’re relatively quiet, but open to hanging out. We’re 24 and 30 years old. I’m Czech and my flatmate is Bulgarian.
