Baxter park top floor flat (lovely)

Hey, my names jenni and I'm a 3rd year art student looking for a flatmate. The videos/photos posted are abit messy (I will be updating them at it now has a bed and other things added)

Rent and bills included is 470-495 depending on electricity/heat bills. Fluxuates in winter, cheaper in summer.

TOP FLOOR FLAT. The room comes with a bed and some side tables. Good size bathroom to share and kitchen is a little small but I have all the things needed if you dont have anything kitchen wise.

Looking for someone that is a female student . Has to be happy to share the flat with a lovely labradoodle called maple. Aswell as myself, I'm friendly, helpful, love to cook and also love time in my own space. I'll be at the park most days with dog, at uni or in the flat watching movies, having some wine and creating things.

I'm looking for another artsy person or something adjestent (thats just a preference you dont have to be). That's respectful, can have a laugh and takes care of the flat mutually someone who can communicate well. Someone who likes to chill out more than party would be well suited. But still enjoys being social/doing fun things.
