Hi! We have a furnished double room available to rent from beginning of July in our 3 bedroom flat in the west end of Dundee. Rent is £433.33 per month. It has a shared kitchen/ living space and 1 bathroom to be shared with two lovely female flatmates who work at Dundee University. The flat is in a great location only minutes away from Sainsbury’s and Magdalen Green and has quiet friendly neighbours. It’s HMO approved and is council tax band C.
