Flatmate need for flat share Nethergate Dundee

94B is a lovely spacious flat in the town centre of Dundee, we are just across from the Overgate shopping centre and the bus stops that go to St. Andrews, Cupar, Tayport etc. The bus station and train station are 5 minute walks from here and there’s plenty to do in town including shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, and cafés. We have a large living room, a lovely kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with a shower/bath. Looking to find someone to fill the space and have them moved in/paperwork sorted by 30th June/1st July.
