Room for Rent in 2-Bed Student Flat

It's a 2 person flat that's very close to Dundee University and within walking distance of Abertay. Student-only let. Monthly, you pay £15 for Wifi and approx £30-50 for Gas and Electric.

You have a personal bathroom with a and the communal area comes with a TV, washing machine and dishwasher. The room itself comes with plenty of closet room, a double bed, a small desk, chair and a side drawer.

The flat has it's own parking space and the building has a bike shed.
It's a first floor flat and there's both stairs and a lift.

Current flatmate is me (Chris, hi!). I'm a DJCAD student going into my 4th year. I'm pretty quiet, clean and easy-going. I do like my own space but am happy to live with either outgoing or shy people. Ideally looking for someone to take the flat for the start of July.
