The annexe has fully equipped kitchen, including a fridge freezer and washing machine, bedroom, living room and shower room. There is a shared garden with laundry drying area. Parking available on driveway at front of property. Great transport links, with bus stop 5 minute walk away with 15/20minute service during the week (slightly less frequent on Sunday)
Broughty Ferry is a 10 minute walk, with a lively shopping area with lots of independent shops. Beach area is easily within walking area and there are many nature trails in the area.
We are looking for a quiet individual who will respect our property and the fact that they are living in a part of our house. Will suit any individual looking for their own space in a very desirable area.
