We're looking for a flat mate (professionals preferred) to move in from mid-December. Current tenants are 3 professionals (2m, 1f).

The flat is a three-storey townhouse on a quiet, no-exit street near the West End. There is a large communal kitchen, lounge, laundry, and garage with driveway (plus street parking),
You will have a furnished single room with a bathroom shared between 2 tenants.

Several locations are in walking distance of the flat: University of Dundee (15 min), City Centre (30 mins), Ninewells Hospital (30 mins), Dundee Law (30 mins), Various supermarkets (5-15 mins). There is also a bus stop providing access to these locations.

Council tax (band E) is ~£70/tenant and utilities generally vary between ~£30-£80/tenant depending on the season. All costs included would be ~£550/month.
