We're looking for a flat mate to move in as soon as possible. The current flat mates are young professionals (2m, 1f). As a flat we're generally quiet, respectful and tidy.

The flat is a three-story townhouse on a quiet, no-exit street near the West End (~25 min walk to city centre, 15 to the university). There is a large communal kitchen, lounge, laundry (w/ washer + dryer), and garage with driveway (plus street parking),
The following rooms are available:
1. Double room, bathroom shared with 1 other tenant - available from December 14 - £400 pcm
2. Ensuite - available from March 1 - £475 pcm

Council tax (band E) is ~£70/tenant and utilities generally vary between ~£30-£50/tenant depending on the season. The overall cost per month would be ~£520 per month for the double room. The landlord (Rent Flats Dundee) asks for a deposit and 2 months rent upfront.
