We're looking for a flat mate (professionals preferred) to move in from mid-December and then another in late February. The current flat mates are young professionals (2m, 1f).

The flat is a three-story townhouse on a quiet, no-exit street near the West End (~25 min walk to city centre). There is a large communal kitchen, lounge, laundry, and garage with driveway (plus street parking),
The following rooms are available:
1. Double room, bathroom shared with 1 other tenant - available from December 13 - £400 pcm
2. Ensuite, - available from March 1 - £475 pcm

Council tax (band E) is ~£70/tenant and utilities generally vary between ~£30-£60/tenant depending on the season. All extra costs would be ~£110-140/month.
