Looking For Third Student Flatmate, Lovely Flat :)

The 3 bedroom flat is on Perth Road, in the west end, a 5 minute walk from campus and on the top floor. Generous living spaces with great views, and two shared bathrooms (basic toilet room, and shower/bath and 2nd toilet room). It is currently being repainted, floored and furnished ready for term time. We are very excited to decorate, and keep an uncluttered, clean healthy kitchen and respectably organised living room. It is the council tax band of C.
My name is Roselle, I am studying Fine Art at DJCAD and my friend Eve is studying Maths and Psychology (both at UofD going into 2nd year). We enjoy the occasional night out at firewater but also love some chill socialising or a night in with wine/a hot drink.
