Single Room Available - Hilltown, Dundee

Furnished single room in 3rd floor flat in the Hilltown, Dundee. Bright, clean, chilled-out home ideal for students or quiet folk who like their own space. I'm a live in landlord who works Mon- Fri and every second Sat morning so I'm out the house a lot, sometimes very early. I enjoy music and play a few instruments, watching rugby and skiing. I'm also heavily into my cars and all things mechanical. I'm a sociable guy who enjoys spending time with friends and family at the weekends and also love to a few drinks at home or the pub from time to time.

Preferably looking for a male of similar age who's clean, tidy and respectful. I'm not a neat freak but like to be organised. A chilled and easy going environment is what we have at the moment so I'd like to keep that going as the current occupier is moving out.
