Double bed room in modern Dundee flat

I’m looking for someone to take my flatmates place as she has had to move out due to personal issues.

The room for offer has a double bed, 2 small drawers, a large chest of drawers (not in picture) a large wardrobe (not in picture) and desk with a chair. There is plenty of room.

There is a shared kitchen/living area with all relatively new appliances, and a shared bathroom which was redone a couple of years ago so is nice and modern.

My other flatmate and I are both second year medicine students at Dundee university, so are out of the flat 9-5 most days during the week.

The flat is a 2 minute walk from the bus stop, and just off of Perth Road - so there is lots of shops, restaurants and pubs near us.

We are both very tidy and clean our flat regularly. We are friendly and always up for a good laugh. We love nights out, films, socialising and sports.

My parents are the owners of the flat, so rent will be paid to them monthy, along with a separate payment for bills.
