Free room with private bathroom

Hey there!
I'm looking for a female student to share my flat with from the end of August 2025.
There's a room available, with its own private bathroom just next to it. The flat is on the 3rd floor, and don't worry-there's a lift!
You'll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a shared living room with TV and Netflix. I like to keep the place clean and tidy, so I'd really appreciate someone who's the same.
Feel free to cook whatever you like—just no pork, and not to cook late at night (after midnight).
