Room to rent in a 5 bed house in Dundee

We had a flatmate leave the contract the day before we're due to move in (24th of July), and we can't afford the rent with just the 4 of us, so we're looking for another person to move in, preferably a woman.

The room available is a small room, however if there is a real problem with the size then it can be discussed with the other flatmates.

The house has 3 floors - the first floor has a half-bath, laundry area, kitchen, and garage - the second floor has a small and a medium room, a bathroom, and the living room - the third floor has a small, a medium, and an en-suit, and a bathroom.

The contract is for 12 months, but we're hoping to renew it next year as well.

You can move in any time you want, but we ask you to pay the next months rent (starting on the 1st of September) and the £400 security deposit as soon as possible (but there is no real time limit for that).

Bills and broadband are not included, however we pay a fixed amount of £22.73 a week to UniHomes (this is separate from the rent and is paid by direct debit monthly).

Pets are allowed but preferably only small pets. We are also thinking about buying a hamster so if you have any issues with that then please let us know.
