Top floor, double room in Dundee city centre

Hello.

This is a top-floor flat in the middle of the city centre.
3 bedrooms total.
A small kitchen, and a nice big living room.
The bedroom in question is a double.

Dundee train station, both universities, and the V&A, are less than a 5 minute walk away.
And there's a great cycle route nearby that takes you up to Broughty Ferry and Monifieth, or down to Invergowrie if you go the otherway.
It can take you all the way around the city in a huge loop, if you have the metal for it.

I'm looking for someone to take my place as a tenant.
Existing tenants are a couple of students studying at Abertay.

Internet is 60 Mb/s and £10 a month each.
It's reliable and has good ping for gaming.
Ethernet ports are set-up correctly and working, so if your computer doesn't have wifi you can connect via ethernet and access the internet just fine.

Electricity and Gas are hooked up to a smart meter.
It gets split evenly, usually seems to come to around £50 per tenant every 1-2 months.

I'm open for viewings and meet-ups, or if you want help moving in, that too.
