Cute, sunny flat share on Scott street

I am moving into this flat on September 1st and looking for someone friendly to share with. The flat is cozy and sunny and will be unfurnished when I move in, but I'm hoping to make it feel very homey, and would wish whoever lives there with me to make it their own too. It's right by a park and a 25 minute walk from Perth road. There are no damp or other issues as far as I'm aware, and bills like wifi and power will be split equally. As mentioned it is on the smaller side but definitely enough room for two.
I'm looking for someone who is friendly and relaxed, I'm thinking shared meals, card games, chill social vibes. I play in a ceilidh band that may occasionally practice there but not until too late, and I am very precious about my sleep.
I work full time during the week at a children's nursery and am described by my colleagues as the resident hippie, and on the weekends I like drawing, playing music and surfing.
