Bedroom for Rent in a 5 Bedroom Townhouse

Hello, I'm looking for someone to move into my room from the 1st of September !
I live in a cozy 5 bedroom townhouse, with 4 other kind and welcoming students. My room is on the top floor, you would be sharing a bathroom with my flatmate Cameron (he's super kind). The bills aren't included but honestly they aren't bad, it's about £40 extra. Thats for wifi, electricity, heating, and we pay a little towards one of our flatmates because his room is tiny, to make it a little more fair.

The townhouse is located at the top of a uni street, it's good if you want to be in that space, but also okay if it's not your thing as it's pretty quiet most of the time. The house is rented through Easylets, they're pretty good, if there's any broken things or paint jobs needed, they'll come out quickly and get it sorted.

There are some nice coffee shops just 5 to 10 minutes away, as well as pubs, and its pretty close to the gym.

My flatmates and I tend to congregate in the kitchen more, and talk over dinners, but the living room is a nice space as well, and if you have a tv, I would definitely bring it.
