I am moving to Edinburgh this September, looking for someone to take over my room! The flat is located next to Caird Hall and the High Street. Only a 15 min walk from the University of Dundee, and very close to a bus route to the University of St Andrews. Shops and supermarkets are a 3 minute walk.

All current flatmates are international students, 1 undergraduate, 1 Master's, 1 Phd. There are two bathrooms in the flat, so you will only share yours with one other person.

Deposit is £450, the agency has sometimes required a UK guarantor or an advance rent payment in the past, however this depends on each individual case.

Bills are usually less than £100 altogether.
