Hello, there is a room available to rent on Cleghron Street in a 2 bedroom flat on second floor.

The property is furnished with washing machine, electric stove, fridge and is a doble glazed property. It is only 10-15 mins walk from Dundee University and city center and 10 mins walk from Abertay university.

I am current flatmate living at the property and I am looking for somebody who is vegetarian . I am a working professional so would prefer somebody who maintains peace at the property especially on the weekends as I need that time to relax and do other chores.
I am looking for somebody who prefers tidiness, cleanliness.
