The property is a cosy flat offering scenic views of Tay Bridge and the Waterfront from communal areas. With tall ceilings and large windows, there is an abundance of natural light. Due to the thick insulation, the flat remains warm during the winter period but gas central heating is fitted throughout the property.

The flat comprises 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, kitchen, corridor, and vestibule. The bedroom for rent is rectangular and contains a small desk & chair, small double bed and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom contains a bathtub with an electric shower. The living room is quite spacious with two large sofas, a coffee table and TV. The kitchen contains a gas stove, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle as well as some dishes, and pots/pans. Please note that you may still need to bring or buy your own kitchenware.

Some points to consider:
- No dedicated parking space and on street parking is limited to 1 hour.
- No pets allowed.
- Long term stays are preferred (9+ months).
