Available right now is this spacious top floor double bed room in 2 bed flat right at the start of blackness avenue. it's just a hop and a skip away from Sainsbury, bus stops and the Dundee university. This flat before occupation was an Airbnb so it's high quality.
The room-
A deep cleaned double room with a solid bedframe. Quiet, firm mattress. 2 beside cabinets and 1 wardrobe. It comes with 3 additional lamps, a fan, painting, nice wallpaper and a deep storage closet room. The window overlooks the back of the building so it's free from road noise. Its a quiet room. It does *NOT* come with a desk or chair. Pictured as well is what was a patch of damp. The entire building had repair work and the patch is now dry but discoloured. The boiler is also in the bedroom but is very quiet.
The flat-
A converted Airbnb. It's quite high quality for an average flat. The bathroom is well ventilated, has minor mould (pictured above in the shower caulk), good water pressure and instant hot water. The kitchen/living room is spacious, well furnished (kettle, microwave, toaster, tv) and everything is built to a good standard (same damp issues that were solved but left discoloured marks). Water pressure is strong and a combo washing machine and dryer is present. The hob is electric and works, so does the extractor fan/hood.
Flatmate and living-
A nice older man who's in his final year of medicine at the university of Dundee. He prefers quiet nights in and games in his spare time. Quite talkative and friendly. I'm moving out because I'm moving in with my girlfriend just down a street. Ideally you would also be student who's a quieter person and prefers nights in but anybody is welcome to apply.
Important details about flat-
All modern double glazed windows (the storage closet in the bedroom has a single glazed window but with the door closed it leaks no cold)
Gas/Electric combo boiler - radiators and tap water is gas but shower is electric. All radiators are very nice and big. Smart Meter.
Thermostat controlled temperature
Thick stone walls provide strong insulation and noise dampening. Nobody above and an old lady below means peace and quiet. High ceilings so very spacious.

Average WIFI bill for us was around 20 per person per month.
Average electricity/gas bill was around 90 per person per month.
WIFI IS CURRENTLY NOT SETUP. I had the contract and took it with me. As the current flatmate is on holiday till the 7th there is no WIFI and you would have to set that up.

References and deposit and setup will be handled by the letting agency Northwood Dundee. Flat is available to move in ASAP once you've been cleared by the letting agency.
