Double room

Hello, the flat is on 10 min. walk distance from city center, near bus stations, trains, library and gym. The flat is very warm during the winter, bills are not high at all. I'm professional but I like going out and socializing. Rooms are very bright and there is living room, kitchen and bathroom share. We try to keep tidy and clean. We accept students on condition that they don't mind paying consul tax of 70£ each month 😊 good luck
