Cosy double bed in 3 bed with only 1 occupant.

Hello! I have a cosy double bedroom available to rent in a modern, fully furnished three-bedroom flat near the City Quay area.

The room would suit someone who likes a clean, tidy and peaceful home. I would ideally prefer someone looking for a short-term stay.

Students and working professionals are both welcome. All bills are included in the rent.

The flat is in a convenient location. It is around a 10-minute walk from the bus station, city centre and a range of shops.

The bedroom is fully furnished, and so is the rest of the flat, including the kitchen, bathroom and living room. This may suit someone who is travelling light or does not have much furniture of their own.

There is plenty of storage in the bedroom, as well as some additional storage space elsewhere in the flat.

You would be sharing the flat with just one other person, which is me. I am a working professional and the owner of the property, so I can help with anything you need. Otherwise, I tend to keep to myself.

I am a pretty easy-going flatmate and just like the flat to feel calm, clean and comfortable for both of us. I would suit someone who is reasonably quiet, especially when either of us is sleeping, tidy in shared spaces, takes their shoes off indoors and is happy to use the dishwasher rather than washing everything by hand (it just does a better job and is more eco-friendly lol).

Guests are also welcome. I would just ask for some notice where possible and I will give you the same notice in return.

A reference from a previous landlord would be ideal.
