Lovely room in a 2 bed flat

Hi! I am moving out soon and I am looking for someone to replace me in a lovely 2 bed flat next to University of Dundee. It is a short walk from the city centre, train station, and lots of shops. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside chest of drawers, and a desk with chair. There is also an open plan kitchen and living room with Tay views, bathroom with electric shower, and additional spare storage room + hallway storage. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, large fridge freezer, and a washing machine. The building also has a shared patio with bike storage out back. My flatmate who is staying in the flat is a female junior doctor and is looking for a friendly and clean flatmate. Please don't hesitate to contact me for more details/pictures.
