I'm a live-in landlord (nurse) with a double room available to rent in a top floor flat with a balcony. The flat is well connected, with a taxi rank and bus stops nearby offering easy access to the city centre and Ninewells Hospital. Local amenities, including Tesco Express and Boots Pharmacy are within walking distance.

You'll be sharing the bathroom, kitchen, and spacious living/dining area with me. As I work shifts, I'd ideally like to rent to a student or professional who appreciates a quiet respectful home environment. Females preferred.
