Self contained Garden cabin with ensuite

I have a bright, cosy, well appointed cabin in my garden in a very quiet neighbourhood. I usually airbnb the property but would like to have someone in it full time over the winter months. It is situated beneath a walnut tree at the bottom of a large, private garden. There is a superking or two single beds, a small shower room and basic kitchen facilities. I would be happy to have someone use the main kitchen in the house if they would like. Bills are included. There is good wifi, a desk, table, fridge, kettle and microwave. Laundry facilities are available, too. Walking distance from the universities and close to a direct bus to Ninewells hospital
Parking is available immediately outside the front gate and anyone using the cabin would be free to use the garden, too.
