I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Parker House (student accommodation).

🎓 Council Tax exempt for full-time students

How the replacement process works:
1️⃣ Once you confirm, I’ll pass your details to the Parker House (iQ) team.
2️⃣ They’ll create a new booking in your name with the same contract dates (all iQ contracts run Saturday to Saturday).
3️⃣ You’ll need to complete the booking, accept the contract, and make the required payments (including the booking fee, which goes towards rent).
4️⃣ Once you’ve signed and paid, the replacement becomes official — I’ll be released from my contract, and you’ll become the new tenant.

💬 You’ll pay rent directly to iQ, not to me.
📄 iQ requires your full name, date of birth, university, course, year of study, email, and phone number.
