The flat has a large, sunny, open-plan, split-level living room-kitchen-dining room with views over the Firth of Tay, three double bedrooms of which one has an en suite shower room, and a main bathroom with bath and shower. The heating is electric with adjustable radiators in each room.
The building also has a communal garden area with trees and lawn for use of the residents. There is a private, off-road car park too.

The current tenant is a second year female student at Abertay.
