Double bedroom at 5 Nethergate

I am moving out of my room in 5 Springfield and am looking for a replacement. The room is situated on the top floor of the house with a bathroom shared by 1 other flatmate.
The room is furnished and comes with a dresser, a wardrobe, a double bed, drawers and a desk.
Amenities for the property include a shared kitchen on the bottom floor, a laundry room which has a washer and dryer, and a shared living room.
The property is mixed, consisting currently of 1 young professional and 3 students, including myself, so we are open to students or young professionals.
Wifi, gas and electricity have already been set up.
Flatmates are expected to maintain a reasonable cleanliness in the shared spaces and pay bills on time.
Bills are handled through Splitwise
If you are a student, you will not be expected to contribute to the council tax payment
If you are a young professional, you will be expected to contribute. Since there are students currently living at the property, the council tax is reduced, though. The banding for council tax is band E
