I’m moving out very soon and looking for someone to take over a lovely bedroom in a two-bedroom maisonette from 1st December ASAP. The flat is only 5 mins from the nearest 2 bus stops, and around 15 mins from Tesco Extra.

Since I can’t take my duvet, bedsheets, cooking utensils, humidifier, and kettle with me, the next tenant is welcome to have them if you’d like! The current flatmate is a quiet, tidy, and polite guy, so you won’t have to worry about personal space. All essentials such as a washing machine, fridge, and kettle are also available in the flat. There's no specific requirements either.

Overall, the costs are as follow:
Rent: £350 pcm (bills not included)
Broadband (Wi-Fi) & electricity: £85 pcm
Council Tax Band: A
