Modern semi-detached home in a quiet residential area. The house is fully furnished and very well kept. There are only 2 bedrooms in total, so it’s a quiet, low-occupancy home – not a crowded house share.

You’ll have your own private bedroom upstairs. We share a spacious living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, toaster, kettle, pots/pans, plates, cutlery etc.). There are 2 bathrooms in the house which makes sharing easier.

I also have spare duvet / pillows / covers and fresh sheets available if you need them.

Driveway parking available. Nice clean neighbourhood. Ideal for a clean respectful professional or mature student looking for calm accommodation.
