We are currently looking for a new flatmate to fill a flat of 4 students as 1 is moving out.

We are located directly next to the University of Dundee so ideal for students (although not a requirement) with 5 minute walks to Lidl and Tesco.

Rent is £350pcm and bills typically come to around £50-75pcm. This includes WiFi, gas and electricity.

The room is entirely furnished with a double bed, sink, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, 2 bedside cabinets and a sofa couch. The kitchen and bathroom are all shared however we don’t mind sharing personal equipment like air fryers or crockery :)
