Looking for a female flatmate ,I am a professional female age 44.
Living in a house in Happyhillock area in Dundee.
3 bedrooms, 3 toilets ,2 bathrooms.
2 floors.

Double bedroom, bathroom and room converted into a small private sitting room/den to relax / are for your use.
It would bean ideal for someone who values their space and privacy.

Bedroom has double bed and build in mirrored double wardrobe.
Bathroom has bath and shower.
Sitting room has green sofa and cozy interior.

There is off street parking, large garden with outdoor seating and fire pit and living room and kitchen.

All equipment (eg cooking utensils, dishes etc) house is communal.
Bus to city centre 2 min walk away as well as local shops and takeaways.

I have a dog and 2 cats , and all the pleasures that comes with it. I will look after the animals but any potential flatmate must be ok with sharing their space.
