Urgent flatmate wanted! Double room

I’m looking for a female (preferred) to replace my existing flatmate asap. I am very clean and quiet and like my own space but do enjoy nice company. I have 2 cats so preferably someone who also likes cats. I love going to the gym, socialising, watching movies and going out on occasion. I live very central to the town, 5 minutes from the bus station and have a balcony overlooking the river Tay. All bills are included and can have the room furnished or unfurnished (tv not included)
