Hi, my name is Solomon, I am a working professional as a Carer. I’m looking for a new flatmate as my friend has a new job and is moving out.

Strathmartine Road, 2 bed fully-furnished (cooker and integrated fridge freezer), electric heating, double glazing, £375/month, Deposit £325. Bedrooms include, chests of drawers, desks and office chairs, fitted wardrobe, double bed, additional kitchen ware and appliances.
3rd floor, corner building with great views and light from South, West and East, well services with amenities, bus stops at your door.
Tesco less than 5mins walk.
10-12mins walk to Abertay Uni, 12-15mins walk to city centre, 20-25mins walk to Dundee Uni.

EPC D68 (almost a C69).

Our bills are typically between £80 to £150 PCM depending on whether it’s winter or summer time and on how heating is regulated.

My flatmate’s room (which is the larger of the two) is available from 01/12/2025, so if we can find suitable people to come in and take over his place the Landlord/agent will be happy to meet and consider any replacements.
